Wallace Restaurant
The Wallace is located on the second floor of the main building. Enjoy a cocktail and small bites under the stars, by the fire pit, or inside at our handcrafted mahogany bar. We emphasize organic herbs and fruits, local brews and juices, homemade syrups and infusions.
La Cieba Restaurant
The restaurant is located adjacent to the bar. Its’ farmhouse design was inspired by the many farms surrounding the property. The full service restaurant offers local and seasonal ingredients, most of which are sourced from the on-site organic garden.
Destination Dining
A special private dinner can be arranged at various locations on the property including the star-gazing patio, inside the wine cellar, poolside, on your room’s front or back deck, and the fire deck. Please request with reception, concierge or our restaurant at least 4 hours in advance
