Located on the first floor of the Great House and overlooking the multi-tiered swimming pool, Irina’s offers a chic, bistro-style atmosphere highlighted by a locally crafted copper and hardwood bar. Guests can enjoy à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a variety of light savory and sweet snacks, including caviar, smoked salmon, and a rotating selection of freshly baked viennoiserie. Afternoon tea is served daily, along with customized coffee beverages. The main bar presents a full range of classic and handcrafted cocktails, alongside a curated selection of beers and soft drinks.
Lighthouse
Romantic and evocative of the grand Georgian dining halls found in historic Caribbean estate houses, Lighthouse combines classic elegance with modern sophistication. Signature green walls and a wrap-around terrace are complemented by sleek, contemporary furnishings, setting the stage for a refined dining experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Marco Festini, the restaurant offers a culinary journey that honors traditional cooking techniques while embracing innovative flavors. The menu features indulgent classics such as Wagyu beef burgers and Caribbean lobster, alongside inventive dishes inspired by Chef Festini’s experience with Michelin-starred chefs. The evening menu emphasizes sustainably sourced ingredients, with daily changes based on the freshest local offerings. A private dining room, accommodating up to 14 guests, is available for special occasions or curated degustation dinners.
Lighthouse Bar
Located within Lighthouse restaurant, Lighthouse Bar is where guests will convene for a proper Italian aperitivo as the skies change from the fiery pigment of their negroni or spritz, into the night’s dusky blues. A full range of cocktails are on offer, along with an extensive wine list.
