Hacienda AltaGracia, Auberge Collection
Hacienda AltaGracia, Auberge Collection’s first Central American property, is set amidst the lush mountains of Pérez Zeledón in the southern region of Costa Rica. Grano

Influenced by cuisine throughout Central America, the menu hosts a rich palette of flavors with great variety and ever-changing food and beverage journeys.
Cienfuegos
This lively dinner experience spotlights a simple land and sea menu cooked over a dried coconut husk-based fire. Served with an array of accompaniments, including salads, grains, vegetables and fermented items from the larder, the cuisine takes inspiration from Korean BBQ.
Mercado
The heart of the resort, this multi-function crossroads will keep culinary enthusiasts nourished and refreshed throughout the day. Offering easy access to snacks and beverages, coffee and pastries, the all-day continental-style menu utilizes local ingredients and is a welcoming space for curious minds.
Picoteo
Served poolside, this effortless cuisine is fresh, appealing, and meant to be shared by the entire family. Punctuated by the occasional dinner, Picoteo's menu is inspired by the cuisine and ethos of food as adventure and wellbeing that is signature to Hacienda AltaGracia.
