Dhoni Suite
The estate features eight split-level bedrooms with king-sized or twin beds. The spacious living area opens onto a private sundeck with two chaise lounges, a dining table, and direct lagoon access. A standout feature is the sitting area with a large Balinese-style day bed. The expansive bathroom includes a double-ended tub framed by a mirrored wall.
Individual Suite - Garden Room
Garden Rooms are the entry-level room category, yet are well-appointed as part of a Residence. Guests have access to a shared pool, as well as the Residence’s lounge and dining areas. The total area is 45 sq. m.
Individual Suite - Terrace Suite
Terrace Suites are part of a Residence and offer a private outdoor area, either a terrace or garden, in addition to access to the Residence’s main shared pool and living areas. The total area ranges from 45 to 65 sq. m.
Individual Suite - Estate Suite
Estate Suites, located in the Residences, offer excellent views and greater privacy compared to the Terrace Suites. They feature a larger indoor area and, like all rooms in the Residences, provide access to the main shared pool, dining, and living areas. The total area ranges from 68 to 83 sq. m.
Individual Suite - Como Shambala Suite
The COMO Shambhala Suites are the master suites in each Residence, offering the largest square footage and most comprehensive amenities, including private Jacuzzis. The total area ranges from 73 to 96 sq. m.
Individual Suite - Two-Bedroom Como Suite Umabona
The Royal Suite at Umabona (House of the Earth) is the Estate’s most luxurious accommodation, featuring two master suites, a Jacuzzi, private infinity pool, living room, and dining room. Decorated in a decadent style, it spans 308 to 370 sq. m.
Retreat Pool Villa
The One-Bedroom Retreat Pool Villa offers a contemporary design, featuring a private therapy room (for couples) and a private pool. Located near Ojas, the Estate’s main wellness area with yoga facilities, it spans 213 sq.m.
The Two Bedroom Retreat Pool Villa, located near the tennis court, includes private pools, spacious living and dining areas, and outdoor terraces with forest views. The second bedroom, located downstairs, has its own entry. The total area is 235 sq. m.

The Two-Bedroom Private Villa features a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen.
