Rooms

Dhoni Water Villas
The split-level Dhoni Water Villas are distinguished by their unique design, inspired by traditional Maldivian dhoni fishing boats, creating the sensation of floating on the ocean. A generous living room provides a calm space for relaxation, while the overwater private terrace features a staircase leading directly into the lagoon’s warm waters.
Dhoni Loft Water Villas
Inspired by the form of a traditional dhoni fishing boat, the Dhoni Loft Water Villas feature an expansive lower-level living area and a master bedroom set on the mezzanine, making them ideal for families. Designed to bring the outdoors in, the villas showcase floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water, along with a private terrace that sits directly above the ocean.
Loft Water Villa
In these villas, the horizon appears to stretch endlessly from the private sundeck and through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The elevated loft features a king-sized en suite master bedroom, while the lower deck offers a large, airy sitting area that can be configured as a sleeping space for families. A secluded outdoor rain shower with steps leading directly into the ocean completes the experience.
One-Bedroom Water Villas with Pool
These light-filled villas sit on their own secluded jetty, each featuring a private entrance deck surrounded by the aquamarine ocean. Outdoors, a private pool and a balcony with a daybed provide the perfect setting to relax while watching the sun rise and set over the water. Inside, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offers ample space to unwind.
Two-Bedroom COMO Sunrise Villa
The Two-Bedroom COMO Sunrise Villa features separate wings, each with an en suite bedroom and a private terrace positioned directly above the ocean. The wings are connected by shared living and dining areas, with balconies on either side allowing direct access from the deck into the turquoise lagoon. A secluded deck with a private pool sits at the water’s edge, completing the experience.
Three-Bedroom COMO Sunset Villa
The Three-Bedroom COMO Sunset Villa comprises two overwater villas connected by a wooden walkway and is named for its spectacular sunset views. The one-bedroom villa features a master bedroom, a large terrace, a 10-metre private swimming pool, and a private gym. The two-bedroom villa includes two separate wings and its own private infinity pool.
Both villas are suspended above the ocean and offer spacious living rooms, a nanny’s room with an en suite bathroom, and a private study. The connecting wooden walkway can be closed to ensure complete privacy.
