Beachfront Deluxe rooms are approximately 750 sq. ft. (73.4 sq. meters) and offer fabulous ocean views of the turquoise ocean, covered terrace, direct beach access, most of these rooms offer ocean view bathroom, double tub with separate shower and separate water closet. They are beautifully appointed with the feeling of a private residence, shared by up to only one other room on the same level. (Unit 1 and 2 connect).

The Beachfront premium rooms are 790 sq. ft. comprising of single tubs with shower, covered patio/terrace with magnificent oceanfront views and are located on the ground floor or upper floor. The end units on the ground floor and upper floor have a solarium and only one room in each villa has a roof top terrace which is great for private sun bathing. Maximum 3 Guests depending on room.

The Beachfront Junior suites are 1100 sq. ft. with double tub, separate shower and some with separate water closet. The end units on the ground floor and upper floor have solarium and the middle room on the top floor only has the roof top terrace. The Junior suites are very spacious and comfortable with lounge area, private covered patio or terrace and magnificent oceanfront views. Connecting rooms are only on the upper floor in units 4 & 5 (and unit 5 & 6 in building 18) Maximum 3 Guests.

The One Bedroom suites are 1550 sq. ft. comprising of bedroom and bathroom with separate shower, spacious sitting area with queen size sleep sofa and powder room with second bathroom, covered patio with direct access to beach from both bedroom and sitting area, breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean, located on the ground floor with an adjoining premium room (one suite on the upper floor in building 2 connects to a beachfront premium room and one premium adjoining). Maximum 4 Guests.

This new two bedroom beachfront villa is 2237sq. ft. with a king in master suite and twin room connecting, two bathrooms with separate showers, solarium, spacious living room with dining room, covered patios and ground floor (single building) and magnificent breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean. (Can be sold separately as a one bedroom casita suite and one deluxe twin room). Maximum 4 guests.

The Jonquil suite is 3290 sq. ft. with two master bedrooms and spacious bathrooms with indoor and outdoor shower and Jacuzzi, private freshwater infinity pool on the ocean, a central spacious sitting room, full-service kitchen, oceanfront dining and covered terraces from both bedrooms, located on the ground floor.

The One Bedroom Private Pool Suites are approximately 2500 sq. ft and are located on the top floor They comprise of master bedroom, bathroom with single tub, separate shower, (two with separate water closet and double tub located in building 19 & 20) central large sitting room with queen size sleep sofa, full kitchen, dining atrium, ocean front dining terrace, private fresh water swimming pool measuring 26 x 16 ft.

The Three Bedroom Private Pool Villa is approx. 3600 sq. ft. comprising of one bedroom pool suite on the top floor (first floor) plus 2 Beachfront Deluxe rooms (both on ground floor), which are accessible via the pool courtyard atrium. The two deluxe rooms can connect internally to each other but do not connect to the master suite. The Three Bedroom Pool Villa can be sold as a one bedroom private pool suite and two deluxe beachfront rooms. Maximum 7 guests.

One Beachfront Three Bedroom Private Pool suite plus two beachfront Deluxe rooms / Three Bedroom pool suite is on the upper floor and Beachfront Deluxe Rooms are on ground floor level / Beachfront Deluxe Rooms can connect to each other internally, but all other rooms do not connect to each other. Bedrooms on the lower level are accessible externally via the pool courtyard. The Five Bedroom Pool Villa can be sold as one bedroom private pool suite and a three bedroom pool suite.
