Joining the company 25 years ago in his very first role on American soil, Padu has since become an integral part of ID’s leadership team and now serves as Partner and Chief Financial Officer. 

Padu’s influence can be felt throughout the organization, where his financial stewardship and strategic insights have helped fuel ID’s expansion and long-term success. His dedication to excellence is matched only by his admiration for ID’s founder, Maurice Bonham-Carter, whose vision continues to inspire the company’s forward-thinking approach.

Padu lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with his wife and daughter. A true numbers enthusiast, he’s proud to see his daughter following in his footsteps, currently pursuing her CPA. Outside the office, Padu enjoys long bike rides, lifting weights, indulging in gourmet meals, and shopping with his family—making the most of every moment together.
