Dining
Indigo on the Beach
Guests can choose from refreshingly light grills, fresh seafood and salads at the waterfront Indigo on the Beach. It has a fabulous relaxed setting with breathtaking views and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
East
The strikingly designed East is open for dinner in the evenings and offers pan-Asian food with a tandoor oven that lends dishes a deliciously smoky flavor. Guests can enjoy an eclectic mix of Japanese, Thai, Indian and Vietnamese food in air-conditioned comfort.
Ottimo!
The new Italian poolside restaurant, Ottimo!, is open daily for lunch and serves up delicious pizzas from the authentic wood burning oven. Other Italian classics include antipasti, fresh salads and delicious home-made ice creams.
